Had a fantastic stay with friends! We enjoyed some beautiful harbor views and had a great time exploring Sherwood Island State Park and the historic Lockwood Matthews Mansion. The hotel is modern and has everything you need to recharge for your next adventure. Don't miss The Maritime Aquarium nearby!
The only downside was the check-in process. We waited a long time without being acknowledged at the front desk, which could use some improvement.

I booked a stay to visit the nearby children's museum, and I found the decor and common areas to be clean and modern, which I really appreciated. The fitness center was great for a quick workout, and the bed in my room was super comfy. However, it could use some improvements in noise control, especially with loud hallways disrupting restful nights.

missingWrote a review on Jun 30comfortable bedfantastic amenitiesroom mix-updisorganized servicelack of privacy
The large, quiet room featured fantastic amenities, including a comfortable bed and pleasingly scented soaps. Breakfast options appeared appealing, and the staff showed friendliness, particularly during check-in. However, the service experienced a rocky start with a mix-up on my room assignment and disorganized front desk interactions. Walking through the bar area with pets made the environment feel less welcoming, and the lack of privacy in the bathroom was uncomfortable. This hotel has potential but needs to elevate service quality for a better experience.

missingWrote a review on Jun 25awkward check-indisorganized room
The check-in area makes it awkward to see the front desk staff, requiring a cumbersome walk-around. The room lacked drawer space, forcing me to dig through my suitcase, and only offering a single chair made for a tight fit. Although the fitness gear in the room seemed like a good idea, it felt unnecessary given the well-equipped fitness center downstairs. Also, no coffee pods for the coffee maker had me seeking out coffee elsewhere.
